Not Abandoning a Pastoral Call While Blogging
Some truth to think about before our fingers hit the keyboards of our computers:
2 Timothy 2:23-25 - "Have nothing to do with foolish, ignorant controversies; you know that they breed quarrels. 24 And the Lord's servant must not be quarrelsome but kind to everyone, able to teach, patiently enduring evil, 25 correcting his opponents with gentleness." (ESV)
May we by the grace of God manifest this not only in our pulpits but also in our homes, personal lives and on our blog!

So, Mike .......
I humbly assume (correct me if I am wrong on any front) you are referring to the ongoing discussion on dispensationalism?
So are you saying that dispensationalism is a "foolish and ignorant controversy" that is to be avoided?
Or are you saying that discussing dispensationalism is to be avoided?
Or are you saying we need to exercise humility and charity when discussing dispensationalism?
Or are you saying something else?
Hey guys you are fighting again :)
Speaking for me only, I do appreciate that you both (or are there three of you?) take time to blog.
I encourage you to prioritize your time so that your time with the Lord, your family, and your church comes first! I also encourage you to spend time in your study in preparation to feed your flock.
But let some crumbs of your time still come our way by way of blogging!
Thanks for taking time to interact with your readers.
Now ... suggestion ... MORE on doctrines of grace!
Ken,
No, it is not referring to that. Just a general thought on a Scriptural principal.
Jim,
Thanks for the encouragement!
